The Cellars is an adults-only community. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that accessing adult material is legal in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for your conduct on the platform. Harassment, non-consensual conduct, exposure of another member's private limits or safewords, doxxing, or any content involving minors will result in immediate termination and may be reported to authorities.

No role, title, House membership or bond on The Cellars grants authority over another member. Every interaction is voluntary. Consent may be given or withdrawn at any time. You are responsible for what you say, what you write, what you offer and what you accept.

Your account, profile and content remain yours. We do not claim ownership; you grant us only the rights required to operate the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

The Cellars is a small private community. These terms are written to be readable, not to substitute for legal counsel. If a clause is ever found unenforceable in your jurisdiction, the remaining clauses still apply.
