Definition

A Mentorship Dynamic is a relationship in which one person offers guidance to another regarding practice, protocol, community participation or personal development. In Female-Led contexts, mentorship traditions are particularly strong and include both individual mentor–mentee arrangements and structured house or community mentorship programmes.
