Online Gor refers to Gorean community life as it has been carried on in text-based rooms, forums, virtual worlds and other online settings. It includes roleplay, teaching, protocol practice, ceremonies and long-standing group cultures that have developed within these environments.

Text-based Gorean communities flourished on IRC in the 1990s, later on web forums, and subsequently in graphical virtual worlds such as Second Life. Many contemporary Gorean vocabulary conventions were shaped by these online cultures.

Online Gor is distinct from, but connected to, Lifestyle Gor; many practitioners move between the two.
