A power exchange in which authority is granted across the whole of daily life rather than within specific spheres.
Definition
In a total power exchange the submissive or slave accepts the Dominant's authority as the default across all agreed areas of life. The word total refers to scope; it does not mean absence of limits or consent. All participants retain the ethical right to end the relationship.
