Safety Culture refers to the shared expectations, practices and conversations by which a community holds itself to standards of care in rope. It encompasses teaching, mentorship, event policies, peer feedback and the willingness to name unsafe practice.

Safety Culture is not fixed; it develops through ongoing dialogue, and different communities are at different stages of that dialogue.
