Territorial Behaviour describes patterns of conduct oriented toward the recognition, defence or shared use of a space. Within primal and pack contexts it may appear as marking rituals, defensive posture toward newcomers or careful hospitality within a home space, always within the ordinary bounds of consent and courtesy.
