Pony Headspace is the register cultivated within Pony Play — often described as focused, embodied, attentive to gait and cue, and less verbally busy than ordinary consciousness. Some Ponies enter Headspace primarily through gear and training; others through ceremony or long-term relationship.

Pony Headspace vocabulary developed as Pony Play articulated its interior alongside its athletic and ceremonial practices.

Depth and character vary widely between Ponies, Stables and disciplines.
